Return Information : Placing a return
We want you to love the shoes you ordered from EarthBrands.com! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return your merchandise for a refund. EarthBrands.com accepts the return of unworn* merchandise for up to 90 days from the date your order was shipped. We suggest trying on your shoes indoors to make sure they fit and are to your liking before wearing them outside.
We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise. If you would like a different size, color or item, please place a new order.
Returns - Contiguous United States
Customers in the contiguous United States are eligible for free return shipping. We'll provide you with a pre-paid FedEx return label to make return shipping a snap. To complete your return:
- Login to your EarthBrands.com account. Don't have a EarthBrands.com account? See Guest Returns
- Click on "Orders," on the left hand side.
- To view each of the packages shipped, click on the order number.
- Locate the correct shipment containing the item you would like to return, then click "Return Item(s)".
- Check the box(es) next to the item(s) you wish to return and click Continue.
- Select a reason for return and click Create Return.
- Click "Print Label" to print your Return Confirmation page and Return Label immediately, or select "E-mail Label" if you'd prefer to print at a later time. Please include the Return Confirmation page in your package for faster processing.
- Affix the Return Label to your package and drop it off at the nearest FedEx location.
Returns - Outside of the Contiguous United States
Customers located outside of the contiguous United States are responsible for any return shipping fees. To complete your return:
- Box up the item you wish to return and be sure to include your packing slip.
- If you do not have your packing slip, please include your name, address, phone number and order number, which can be found by logging into your Earthbrands.com account.
- Add a note for the reason of your return.
- Take the package to your courier of choice and ship to the following location:

*We define unworn merchandise as any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packing. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials - including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs and any other materials in the original shipment - must be returned with your merchandise.
