I have suffered with serious knee and hip issues since I was 15. When I got my first pair, I couldn’t believe the difference they made. Now I can only wear kalso shoes or I suffer. I need more shoes and sandals. I am panicky trying to find other styles that are as comfortable. I will not buy another brand. Wish me luck........

These shoes are perfect for spring! Just to the right transition before sandals. Comfortable right out of the box, all day long. I will definitely order another pair in another color.
My poor feet have been through the ringer. 2 bunion surgeries, a lifetime as an aerobics instructor, and now a slight hammer toe mean I only buy quality shoes these days. I wanted to see if the negative heel of the Kharma helped with the toe issue and it does, beautifully. I currently use these as my houseshoes and pop them on as soon as I get home. My feet really enjoy the change. I had tried the Solar first, but found the velcro straps to be annoying. The Kharma style is easy on and off and my usual size 8.5 works fine.

Please tell me you are going to offer the negative heel shoes in larger sizes. I wore Earth shoes when the negative heel was the only style I could find and I loved them., and yes, this was in the 70's. I am having issues finding anything that I like, not to mention needing shoes that are comfortable and fun, I am currently wearing shoes in 9.5 and 10 in athletic shoes and Keen fisherman style all terrain sandals and I am miserable in all of them. I have bought the Earth shoe brand in the other styles, but seriously ... they cannot compete with the Kalso brand negative shoes. Reading other comments, I know I am not alone in NEEDING and wanting larger sizes in the negative heel. PLEASE !
Hello and thank you for reaching out to us! Currently, we’re not producing any new styles, or adding onto existing styles, but never say never! Rumor has it Kalso is coming back for the Fall of 2018! We’ll keep you updated through our newsletter. Are you signed up?
What is the upper material made of? Can it be polished? I don't like the splotchy appearance.
The Kharma's upper is made with vintage leather. The "worn" look is the goal using this material. I do believe it can be polished but try to find a specific leather treatment made for vintage leather and follow the manufacturer's instructions when applying. I'd also test it out in a discreet area to make sure you're satisfied with the look. Hope this helps!
I had Earth sandals back in the '70's.......looking at the various selections for 2018, I'm confused by how many types have higher heels by now, they don't all look the 'negative' heel like my 70's sandals so I'm questioning whether there is definite difference, iow, if the higher heeled types are more like regular type shoes & perhaps only certain type fits the negative heel type. Hope my question makes sense to ya!
Directing me toward the negative heel names would be helpful, thank you!
The only styles that have the negative heel that you remember from past styles are the Kalso brand styles. We've expanded our brand to incorporate more looks and needs for more consumers. You can check out all the available Kalso Earth shoes here: http://www.earthbrands.com/womens-shoes/kalso-earth-shoes . I hope this helps!
